Locally, our yard signs can be seen in Newport County and beyond. Submitted our Petition with Public CommentsGreen Oceans’ petition drive is ongoing, and was recently submitted to NOAA with over 2,000 signatures. Public comments were submitted alongside the petition. What are Public Comments? Green Oceans members reviewed publicly available documents prepared by Revolution Wind, and submitted critical public comments concerning a variety of issues. The public commenting process is laborious, and includes the review of hundreds of pages of documents. Hosted Informational SeminarsGreen Oceans hosted well-attended seminars in both Portsmouth and Little Compton, as well as private, focus group presentations.
